We offer licensing courses, continuing education seminars and exam preparation programs in a variety of environments including: In-Person, Live Online, Self-Study Online, and Hybrid. Many Online classes are approved in all 50 states.
We have great news for all current and new students wishing to attend classes at The American School of Business. Over the past year we transitioned all of our regularly scheduled classes to Online with LIVE instructors. The process to get started is simple:
- Register as you normally would for one of our traditional in-Person Pre-licensing classes or Continuing Education Seminars
- Pick up your Textbooks and course materials prior to your first day of class at our Fairfield office or if you choose, we can ship them to you for a $12 shipping fee. Note: Handouts for CE students will be emailed.
- Complete the class in the comfort and safety of your own home.
Once registered, look for a confirmation email of your registration and additional correspondence as to the process and requirements of completing your Live Online or Hybrid Classes using our GoToMeeting platform.
Hybrid Classes are now available:
We now offer all of our classes in a “Hybrid” environment. With these classes you have the choice of attending the classes In-Person with Live Instructors in our classrooms or attending them Live Online with the same great class interaction. The following classes are now available as Hybrid:

- Property and Casualty – Day & Evenings
- SIE & Series 6 – Day & Evenings
- Title Insurance – Day Classes
- Real Estate Brokers – Days Classes
- Mortgage Licensing – Evening & Saturdays
- Real Estate Salespersons – Day, Eves & Saturdays
- Continuing Education – Day & Evenings
