Continuing Education consists of the courses required for retaining your real estate license. We offer state-specific courses and engaging electives that follow current trends and issues in the industry.
Every two years, the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (NJDOBI) requires all Insurance Producers to complete 24 hours of continuing education. Three of the twenty-four hours must be related to insurance ethics. The remaining credits are considered electives and can be achieved by participating in approved continuing education seminars or online classes on any subject.
The SAFE Act mandates that mortgage professionals, including MLOs and mortgage brokers, must complete at least 8 hours of Continuing Education each year for their license to remain active. These credit hours must be obtained through an NMLS-approved provider.
